Hard to narrow down everything wrong with this company. First off, there is a cult-like mentality within the company. If you aren't blindly loving everything Experior, the owner's and managers will make your life difficult. There is clear favouritism and nepotism is the number one hiring practice. Most staff are related to each other in one way or another and these people receive the most benefits and leniency.
You may wonder why the glassdoor score is so high, and that is because agents are told to post positive reviews. If you read through them you'll see they are especially cheesy.
One last thing I want to note is their payment structure for agents. They say they pay the most in the industry but in reality, unless you become one of the special few at the top, your compensation is drastically less than other companies. They will try to convince you this isn't true, but review their structure. Unless you want to recruit a large team, you'll never reach the higher tiers.
