Pros

- Hybrid environment - Outside of leadership, a good group of people

Cons

- They like to believe they are a consulting company, but in reality, just another staffing agency. - Below market compensation. - Only one or two VP's actually hustles and brings in business. The others just come in and "play office". - Business is siloed into CX, transformation and technology, and operates as such. No overall alignment. Might as well be 3 separate orgs.

Pros

* People are generally friendly

Cons

* Compensation is below market, with raises being rare and often minimal * Heavy emphasis on “working harder” and “going the extra mile” with little to no additional incentive. * Management frequently talks about “caring about people,” but actions don’t align with the messaging. * As a consulting/contracting firm, there’s increasing pressure to behave like a full-time internal employee (extra responsibility, loyalty, availability) without the stability, pay, or benefits that normally come with that. * Career growth feels vague and mostly rhetorical, there are no real growth paths. * High expectations paired with cost containment, which leads to burnout over time. * As with most consulting, there are about 6-10 people who are profiting from the work of the rest of the company, as an employee your sole purpose is apparently to support their investment portfolio.
