Our salaries are reviewed and benchmarked annually, and we have a dedicated reward team who are responsible for researching the market and ensuring that we remain competitive, both from a salary perspective but also from a overall benefits and wellbeing standpoint. This is reviewed business wide, and no teams are excluded from this process. How our benefits, bonus and salary processes work is detailed on our Zoom page and was also communicated earlier today by Jose Luiz Rossi. It is correct of all businesses that some roles will be rewarded more than others based on the level of experience required for the role, and one person or team being rewarded more than another would be based on the skillset and experience required (for example, you would expect that a team of senior developers in IT would be paid more than perhaps a team of graduates in HR).
The employee salary review takes place each year, including this year. More information about this was communicated earlier today by Jose Luiz Rossi, and do feel free to contact your line manager, HR Business Partner or Access HR for a confidential discussion.
