- It's expected that you manage yourself, but this come with a jack of all trades problem, you need to be rotating a lot of different plates at the same time, all asking for your attention, and if you miss any of them it can be an issue. Sure you can ask for help, and are incentivised to do so, but, at the same time you need to make sure you show and add value and are very incentivised to pick up on several things.
