Pros
No good things to say about it. They give so much pressure to get policies , on the employees. I myself had spent more than 6000 rupees to get policies from the client. And salary was given very less.
Cons
Hr is horrible. They will put so much pressure on the new joiners. No proper training given. And working hours were horrible. They ask you to work day night, even on sundays. I had almost spent around 8000 rupees just to get clients. Hr scolds badly. Very demotivating. Exit from the company is painful. You should have enough money to exit from the company. Very bad people. bad environment.
