I was lucky enough to have some great co-workers that kept me sane throughout. But the actual company, no.
Cons
Senior management is nothing but a bunch of backstabbing goons with no concept of how to lead a team. They are SO money hungry and cheap that they'd do anything to take money from clients but nothing for the employees. If you want to move up in a company, don't bother holding your breath as it is nearly impossible. People who don't deserve promotions get them leaving others that actually deserve them disgruuntled. This isn't a serious job if that's what you're looking for.
