Pros

This is a close nit family feel type of company, We take care of our customers and our employees. Scratch our back and we scratch yours, so they say. I can say I have experienced this first hand. The president and CEO of the company is very fair when he sees that his employees are working hard and share the vision of growth he has for the company. How many companies have you worked for that you can say you have personally met and worked with the CEO directly? I know that has NEVER been the case for me in the past. Mark goes above and beyond for his business and he expects nothing less from his employees. Fair compensations in line with market rates and strong management to lead the business to drive revenue. Providing transparent and honest customer service is what we stand by.

Cons

I don't get to travel to our warmer locations enough!

Pros

My co-workers are great and the management is awesome! They are always willing to help, praise, and critique in order for you to succeed. Your salary is what you make it; no limits to potential income. Quick, hands-on training program with plenty of advancement opportunities. No shortage of hours. Great benefits!

Cons

Must love interacting with plenty of new people on a daily basis (not really a con in my opinion).

THEY DONT PAY EMPLOYEES I worked at the Dequindre location for over a month and was paid $600. I made multiple attempts to retrieve my money but was unsuccessful. Management gave me the run around, just like they did with customers trying to get their deposits back. I was not aware of my rights at this time. I had doubts about taking this job due to their poor reputation but a friend of mine at the time vouched for Mark. I really wish I listened to conscious Work culture You’re on your feet all day because they don’t allow you to sit down.. they were constantly watching you on the cameras.. I have IBS and a comment was made about how often I use the bathroom. Just horrible! STORY TIME: His relative (manager of collision shop) sent a customer to this location from Marks Collision to pick up a vehicle. This type of transaction was not outside the norm, so I did as I was told. Long story short, it was totaled by the customers son and I was blamed for allowing them to have the rental. Oh and the manager lied saying that he did not approve of this! Overall.. Terrible business practices.. terrible management. I worked for this company years ago and decided to leave a review because I see others went through the same thing
