I cannot think of any cons.

Friendly and positive coworkers. Get to be creative with color choices. Easy. Relaxed. Supervisors and upper bosses all nice. Decent communication. Like to do extras for the team, like outings and catering. Bonuses.

Low pay no health benefits. Rush weeks can be physically taxing. Can be inconsistent about how to do flower arrangements from trainer to trainer.
