Lack of available work Bad communication Constant mix ups witht eh booking system, leading to 2-3 guards showing up for the same shift, meaning whoever goes home only gets paid for half a day(sure it's money for nothing, but still a a pain when work is scarce)

Management could be supportive and encouraged continuing professional development. This was reflected in salary increases. Worked with some really good colleagues, so the general environment was pretty good.

Management was unprofessional at times, shouting down staff in front of the general public.
