2020 No Hike Provided (Okay agreed it was a pandemic) Work day and Nights during server down situation My availibility for such situation were 98% For 2% I might not be available due to personal reason 2021 got 18% (NOT AT ALL JUSTIFIED) Hike for my level of work which were delivered for this organisation I was told this was highest . hahahaha lol what a lie to me by mgmt 98% you gave your best - No one will notice 2% - Due to situation you coudn't did it, NOW you have attention of mgmt for scolding and blaming purpose I know very aware for few people and for their levels they got 30- 40 % hike No Medical insurance No other facilities All you will get is Salary No Backup Engineers to take care of your work Sometimes you have to work even on weekend or holidays as well, due to server down situation Refurbished laptops Old generation i5/ i7 processors CFO stopped purchased of Tissue paper for cost cutting purpose CFO sometimes being hard and impose micromanagement CFO is like need to get $10 work in $1 budget with minimalistic workforce No Cross Training Platform No Proper Induction No Leave encashment during your FnF Don't expect a Good quality of Productivity with cheap quality of device Purchase of Tissues were stopped due for cost cutting purpose by CFO...!!
