Pros

Very understanding supervisors. Relaxed atmosphere. No micromanagement from direct supervisors.

Cons

The clients that the company provides a service to are ok for the most part but, some have a say in when you take PTO or work from home. They act like your boss but will tell you that they aren't your boss. Its very frustrating and this has contributed to a hire turnover rate in the past.

Pros

Company is taking steps to improve. HR issues mentioned in other reviews have been cleared up thanks to recent hires. Pay is reliable (no cash flow issues as far as general employees can tell). Recently started 401K matching. Benefits are reasonable. Open modern office environment. (Might be pro or con, depending on your taste) Commute is easy right off highway with plenty of garage parking. Working environment is friendly. Employees that are hired directly to support specific contracts, are located on the customer's site and have little interaction with corporate office/management seem to be the happiest and seem to stick around the longest. CEO his honest and direct with employees. This is a highly competitive industry with many games being played to win/maintain contracts. This makes it rare to find a company that is as trustworthy as this one. They also do a good job of keeping employees on and finding places for them under new contracts when current contracts terminate.

Cons

CEO over-promises, and then expects employees to work as many hours as needed to meet those promises. Employees are often tasked with fulfilling multiple FTE roles across multiple contracts but are discouraged from disclosing those additional responsibilities to the customers they were hired to support. CIO/Co-Founder is the sole source of IT support in the company and is often abrasive and condescending rather than supportive/helpful. As a result internal corporate tools (time-sheet system, phones, knowledgebase/file share, teleconference software etc.) are unreliable and poorly supported.
