While we recognize that no workplace is perfect, we’re proud that our turnover rate remains below the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) average for the healthcare industry, and we are fortunate to have many long-tenured, highly engaged employees across our organization. We believe this is a reflection of the meaningful work we do and the strong connections built within our teams.
We also want to clarify that cameras located in our facilities are placed in rooms where there are entrances to the building for security purposes.
