No pros, yes lot of learning in terms of how to keep patience, how not to work but just praise your boss and grow. Only those who can take insults coz they anyways don't do any good work and still smile and praise their boss can survive here.
Cons
Long list of cons . No long term planning at management level. Zero appreciation. No value of hard working team members. Those who work get only more work, no praise, no money. Zero work life balance. Work started from office in Oct even with Covid risk and genuine personal reasons of people, everyone was forced to come to office. Bosses have no clue of how to manage team and tasks. No one wants to join the company and those who do join leave soon once they see the haywire work conditions.
