Fast-Paced Environment – The intensity of the work can be demanding at times. Learning Curve for Newcomers – Adjusting to company specific systems and workflows can take time. Limited Immediate Turnaround – Because many tasks require multi step processes and external responses, projects can sometimes move slower than expected.

      They really value their employees and customers alike. Very informative and transparent. Plenty of training and fun employee events including food trucks and birthday celebrations.

      It’s a tough market but they keep everyone informed

      From day one, I was impressed by the strength of leadership, clear communication across time zones using Teams, and a truly collaborative culture. In the past few months, I have gained a deeper understanding of "The Excelligence Way" and how teamwork and attention to detail drive success. Grateful to work with such knowledgeable, professional and kind colleagues - very excited to keep contributing to the team's and company's goals! It is crystal clear why Excelligence was awarded the "Great Place to Work" certification 2025-2026!

      I had to think too long about this, it just goes to show I don't have any cons!(Well, maybe I'm starting to eat more ice-cream on a Tuesday..)
