Almost all members of the company are in touch with each other for everything and thus I got support from almost all and thus got to learn how to build different approaches to same problem statement .
there are lots of Cons
1.They have their own Rules.
2.pathetic environment to work.
3.they treat employees like labour.
4. No body gets appraisal from last two years.
5.they deduct PF and does not submit it and also does not create PF Account.
6.Gives negative review while your new employer calls for feedback.
7.and last not the least they also do the drama while left the job ,does not provide proper documents and it takes 6 months for full and final settlement and even more.
