Pros
Mission highlights the satisfaction and well being of the employee as critical to ensure a good product. Company provides many checkpoints and open dialog, and actively tries to address concerns. A good company to work for.
Cons
My pay is not where I would like it to be, much due to the economy and the state of contracting, but I knowingly trade higher compensation for enjoyment and balance in my work, and for now, that exchange makes sense to me.
Also the advancement opportunities are limited in that they all include a level of management, which is not what I want.
