Pros

work life balance you will get plenty of time to play as there is nothing in the company software.

Cons

1. Bad Work Culture: Unprofessional Lala Company - clear from Seniors and Management Attitude 2. Work too is mostly Data Entery Work with Unrealistic Targets 3. Bad Working Conditions - craemped office. 4. HR-Policies of Attendance, Working hours, Holidays 5. Employee Morale is very Low - it feels Demotivating to be surrounded by person with Low Morale for Whole Day 6.After 2-3 months later enormous deduction from the salary. 7.company owner tries to hire people without offer letter so that after some time he can exploit the employees by deducting salary and if you raise any question you will be fired. 8.Enormous tax evasion policies are going on like pf deducted from employee even employer contribution and same story for ESI etc and don;t expect any amount will be given by the company everything from your pocket 9.Company director is dumb he can't even understand even simple thing.(i think that is why company is so small although it is founded in 2000) 10.people are dumb their they even can't right percentage in formula and they mix history to geography and vice versa if you don't believe in my comment kindly visit the company(it's infrastructure will tell you everything) and ask 1-2 general question from employees you will get to known everything

Pros

I really appreciate the work-from-home culture, as it provides great flexibility—especially for married women—allowing us to maintain a healthy balance between work and family responsibilities. I truly enjoy my job profile and the tasks I handle every day. My reporting manager is very supportive, and my team members are always helpful and cooperative. I also get the opportunity to learn new things about the software and the related industry, which I believe will be very valuable for my future growth.The software we use is quite advanced, with most tasks being automated. This greatly improves efficiency and helps the team to save valuable time.

Cons

We should consider hiring a few more employees in the team as a backup plan, so that when team members take leave, others do not have to face additional workload. Additionally, we should focus on improving the Service RM system.as clients often request dedicated support—especially for handling online transactions.
