Pros

It's flexible around your commitments

Cons

The pay is abysmal. I received an average of £5.11 per hour from the last month, and when petrol cost is considered, my take home earnings worked out as £2.46. There is no one to call to fix the issue, and those who say it can be sorted it are always waiting, just as you are. Bad promises, bad prospects, bad pay rate

Hi there, we're really sorry to see the 1* review. Our couriers are important to us and earn, on average, £16 an hour after expenses such as fuel costs - and this includes time for collection and redelivery. This is independently audited by the GMB Union. Evri is committed to good people practices and it was this commitment that led us to be the first parcel company to formally recognise the GMB trade union in respect of our couriers. As part of this agreement, we have subsequently introduced holiday pay, the right to guaranteed pay, a pension scheme and parental leave for our couriers. However, we're sorry to hear that you weren't happy in this role and will pass your feedback to the appropriate team. Take care, Evri.
