Run not worth it - Anonymous employee Evolve Vacation Rental Employee Review

Silently firing people left and right every month but not calling it a layoff. 2 layoffs in 3 years I was there. Unrealistic monthly metrics. Merged 4 roles into 1 with not much of a pay difference for more responsibility. Management constantly changing company rules its hard to keep up. They don't listen to their employees concerns and they say they care for diversity but defunded their ERG programs. Run. Its not worth the monthly stress to hit unrealistic metrics, unhelpful management, constant change in processes and systems, no chance of growth opportunities. Their outsourced teams will be taking over eventually.
