Pros
You meet some nice people there, and then I can't think of anything else. They hire anyone willing to work it seems like so if you're desperate for a job, this is your place. I'd give zero stars if possible Please accept the job and go see for yourself...
Cons
They play the favoritism big time, give the tools and guidance to the ones they like a little extra and ignore the ones they decide they don't like, poor management, poor scheduling- you don't know what the week ahead looks like until 24 hours before your next shift, they literally hire 10 new people every two weeks because people actively leave, the person who has been there the longest has only been there for 5-6 months, that should tell you a lot. Some of the people that work there act like big shots for no apparent reason. Fake personalities, they kiss each others you know what all day and fake act excited. They expect people to just work on short notice and not have a life other than the company. Pay sucks, no benefits... what is there to be excited about???
