Pros
The company has fully embraced work from home, despite spending a bunch of money on new HQ office space. Better than average benefits package.
Cons
Great Hill Partners (the owners) brought in new leadership in late 2020 and launched a new logo in 2021-- it's a classic "getting the company ready for sale" move. They laid off some good people recently, with many more leaving on their own regularly. It's hard to go to work every day with so much uncertainty.
