Pros
- Could be a great starting point if you have specific goals towards Oracle products and practices. - Team Support is good for certain departments - Leadership or Primary Resource roles could come early in certain instances
Cons
- Starting Pay isn't the best - Could involve a work agreement with a hefty penalty (non negotiable - doesn't reduce with time) - Increments are considerably less when compared to historical data. - No/Less opportunities of diversification in tools and responsibilities when compared to competitors. Personally I felt that Oracle products are a niche and the company should move towards more general technologies.
