Covid has prevented the ability to hold Company offsites so everyone can get together in person.

Fully remote. Monthly stipend. Interesting projects. Some employees really are a gem and extremely knowledgeable.

The company culture has completely changed and new leadership does not care about their employees, only profit. Management will say “everything’s fine” weekly then discretely cut budgets or employees without warning. Little transparency. Company priorities are unclear. Very minimal job training or support is provided. Antiquated project management and schedules. Bonuses and coworker events have decreased. Management training not really focused on for those with direct reports.
