Pros

This job is exceptionally easy - the "academy" training covers everything you need to know. You get several paid breaks throughout the day, and the break area is very modern/comfortable. Hours are consistent - you work the same 40 hours every week

Cons

The company is trying to expand too quickly, without solving important internal issues. Energy among employees is overwhelmingly negative - constant complaining and management will often talk down in a condescending manner. If you are on a table, you cannot get up to use the restroom, get water, or stretch your legs, unless the supervisor is able to send someone to relieve you. It feels like you're trapped sometimes, especially on a dead table where there are no players. You have to sit and stare at a blank screen without talking or doing anything. It numbs your brain after a while and you go stir crazy.

Pros

There’s a dedicated team of trainers who started as Game Presenters which makes the training 10x better. They know the ins and outs of the job. No question is a bad question so ask it!

Cons

There’s high emphasis on not making mistakes which terrifies you. But the rule is to take your time to avoid mistakes.

Pros

Supportive coworkers…interesting line of work. Okay salary, overtime guaranteed if needed.

Cons

Very strict, can be exhausting especially overnights. At times could deal with changes and break pushbacks mid shift. Feels like nothing is really planned ahead of time and is done on a whim. Prone to being understaffed overnight and leads to burnout quickly especially during holidays. Strict when it comes to your mistakes, but not their own, for example I was relieved 15 minutes into a 30 minute break, and informed there wasn’t anything they could do about it nor could I get my full 30 at that time and was expected to come back after 15 minutes passed and wait for my next break, yet when I arrived 5 minutes late from a break for the bathroom, I was written up. Disorganized. Don’t recommend overnight unless it’s your cup of tea.
