1) More layoffs in U.S and bulk hiring in Pune. The company is built on layoffs. 2) Do not provide good hikes to performing employees 3) No career progression in the company 4) Restricted to U.S market 5) No cabs provided to employees. When asked, the management said that they can't afford to provide cabs to employees. 6) Aggressive and rude management. They just want to get their work completed and do not worry about employee's Work Life Balance. 7) Struggle with parking facility. They charge employees for parking. 8) Do not want to increase employee's salary while considering for an IJP. this policy really sucks and breaks employee's morale.
