      The team you work with who are not leadership are amazing and really friendly.

      Cons

      The leadership and CEO basically create false hope for both the customers and the employees. They fail to pay their employees on time and fabricate numbers.

      Work from home. Flexibility around time. The technical team is world-class. They are the only reason this company functions, though they are consistently side-lined by leadership.

      One man show. Dishonest Management. No sense of psychological safety.
