Pros
- Decent mission plan that is easy to get behind - Good co-workers who care about providing the best possible product to customers - If you survive here you can probably live comfortable if you go to hell
Cons
Honestly where to start? - Management seems to go out of their way to be a parody of a decent company. - The absolute lack of personal accountability here was insane. People literally went days without showing up or would come in and leave whenever without a word being said, and yet they preached accountability to other teams. - The SF office sales floor was so quiet and devoid of any sort of energy I half expected a hearse to drop off a body - The attrition rate was so high that we lost track of the people that worked there. - Management's solution to every and any issue seemed to be oh let's hire more people and if that doesn't work we'll just fire them, and stick the rest in a bunch of unnecessary meetings to make us seem busy. - Constant pivoting to find a non-existent niche instead of focusing on the things we did well. - For a talent development company, we seemed to not care about the in-house talent. Career advancement was non-existent. - Lack of effective messaging - There hasn't been a single person to leave Everwise and look back with absolute regret. Leaving is the equivalent of being one of the women and children that escaped the Titanic in the lifeboats.
