Pros
The core value proposition is good, and remote work opportunities were expanded subsequent to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Cons
From individual clinics through the corporate accounting unit, Paladina Health employees are poorly supported and unbelievably overworked. The acquisition of Activate Health was approached with haste, without a thorough plan, and omitted the recruitment of resources and personnel necessary to manage such change. With the company still crippled by the resounding failures of their first acquisition, Paladina, now Everside Health, is repeating their mistakes with yet another hurried calamity of an acquisition. Terminations as well as voluntary turnover are rampant, and none of Paladina's purported desire to be an 'employer of choice' is reflected in management decisions nor the utter lack of respect and decorum that is Paladina's true corporate culture. Their mission statement and core values are fluff, and the reality is one of omnipresent ager and stress that consistently fails to service clients, patients, and employees. If you accept an exempt role with this organization, you will have no work-life balance. If you expect a reasonable amount of support and positivity in a prospective role with this organization, you will be the exception to the rule.
