Pros

The only pros are the goos benefits. I left my previous employer only because their benefits weren't very too, and now I regret leaving there !

Cons

Everything. This is a horrible place to work and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Do not let all the "work place" awards they receive deceive you! I have worked a few other companies and this is the most poorly ran organization ever! No one works to their full scope, there is no standard work so all the doctors just pick and choose what they will see as if their a private practice. I can't endorse alot of what the providers do because alot of the time it's a lie. This place is very much a yes or no company. They do nothing about the problems and no one wants to look into it to make it better for their employees or advocate for them. They put people in power positions that have no back bone because the big wigs in corporate want just a bunch of puppets. Also, the patient care here is mostly not good. Again, I've worked at other organizations and this has been the worse place as an employee to work but also the place I've worked that treats their patients the worselt. Trust me DO NOT WORK HERE .

Pros

Training is decent in that they give you as much time as you need to get comfortable on the phones, helping patients is rewarding.

Cons

Lack of clear protocols in place for certain patient/scheduling situations, leading to confusion. Management is more concerned with numbers than the patient experience. Patients complain about the phone systems and PSRs relay the messages to management, however changes are never made. PSRs sit in a loud, crammed environment with TEENY cubicles, so it's very claustrophobic. Work environment can lead to stress. Pay is not enough to make it worth it.
