Stayed in touch with HR about a potential position for close to a year and finally got an interview, which went very well. At the end of the interview I was told I'd have an update in a week. After 2 weeks, I reached out to HR. No answer. 3 weeks. No answer. 4 weeks, after a week, got a polite decline. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Quite disappointed

Simple process and interviewee were very thorough, engaging and very specific on every aspect of the position that was open. I enjoyed our conversation and more likely seemed like simple conversation.
