The management team seemed to care a lot about the employees. Good perks offered and nice culture.

Good pay and hours and easy job.

Very much a white, boys club feel. Not many people of color. Most staff are older in age. Lots of HR issues. They are trying to be “inclusive” but it comes off as fake and some what disrespectful ie: ordering bbq for the office to celebrate black history month. As a woman of color I felt very out of place very often.
