      Pros

      Fast on boarding and kept me informed about my position throughout the hiring process. My contact always had answers for me and would get them if he didn't know.

      Cons

      The pay was not the best but I needed to get my foot in the door. They were a subcontractor so two groups were getting their cut before got mine.

      It was great before Everforth come in and took over.

      Cons

      No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
