Pros
The pro is actually a con in a way. Management is very relaxed. That said there are no consequences to things like absences, tardiness, leaving early, excessive "appointments". Seems okay until half your work staff lays out on a regular basis. There is also a disconnect due to it being owned and managed by the Taiwanese. The Taiwanese are great people, always smiling and great attitudes. The problem is us honestly; and by us I mean I mean Americans. We take advantage of their good, merciful nature to a fault. That said our American supervision is a joke. No consistency, lots of bark with absolutely no bite. Consequently in some circumstances the inmates are running the asylum. You can make decent money there but your body and quality if health will decline rapidly. We work a minimum of five 12 hour shifts a week.
Cons
Way too many hours. If you want to work here have a good savings plan. You can make good money with not much education but it due to working long hours in an exceptionally hot, humid environment. If you want to bust your tail for 5 years let's say and pay your house off, go for it. Otherwise it's a good way to make good money while you waste your life away. Good luck my friend.
