Fantastic work culture, great benefits, good location
Cons
Poor WFH flexibility (needs 2 weeks notice which negates the benefits of WFH), doesn't match market renumeration and requests for renumeration reviews are not received well by senior management. Attitudes from senior management towards employees who have indicated interest in moving beyond the company are unprofessional.
