Pros

Gives you something to put on your resume

Cons

The founder has completely unrealistic expectations for Interns. They want someone that will work 40+ hours a week for free. Extremely unprofessional with no boundaries. they will say they are looking to hire after your internship but they've had dozens of interns and no hired employees. They get free labor all year long by offering 'internships'.

Pros

Completing the Ever Lasting Internship Program was one of the greatest accomplishments I made in 2025. As a student who didn’t quite know where to start my marketing career, this internship gave me the clarity, confidence, and hands-on experience I needed. I had the chance to work on real-world projects, contribute to campaigns, take ownership of my learning, and collaborate with teams across the brand. Moreover, this internship provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with other official members and share my ideas directly with the founder, gaining a deeper understanding of the brand’s mission and its underlying intentions. This opportunity allowed me not just to build my skills, but to step in as an active member who contributed to the ongoing shaping of the brand. Along the way, I was supported by a team that was open to questions, eager to provide feedback, and genuinely excited to help me strengthen my skills while encouraging me to bring my ideas to the table. From here, I found a group of people who were not just my co-workers, but also friends, mentors, and role models whom I can look up to in the industry. I’m incredibly grateful for the guidance, mentorship, and trust I received throughout my time here.

Cons

This is an unpaid internship that was fast-paced and required managing multiple priorities efficiently, recommending to individuals who are looking to build portfolios and resumes, and having strong organizational and time management skills.
