Pros

You can coast here, good quality of life. Work is not a priority.

Cons

People that work here could not be employed elsewhere. A lot of people who have bloated egos who cannot be employed elsewhere, especially the development crew. The CTO calls the shots, and there is a lot of fraternizing going on, you have to be lunching with the right crowd. CEO is benign.

Pros

I love our products, solutions, and services as they are unparalleled in the industry, but I really love working for Ever.Ag because of the people! We have some of the most dedicated and committed individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We also have a culture that encourages development and fosters growth, so teamwork and collaboration are key, and you really truly never stop learning here at Ever.Ag!

Cons

Better communication from management/leadership on process changes as well as future/upcoming changes. Sometimes more oversight in to day to day would be welcomed to make sure we are all aligned in our goals, values, etc.

Pros

Given abundant opportunities to grow professionally, surrounded by coworkers, managers and a CEO who have seen my potential and boosted me up even if I did not see it in myself all with the same overall goal to help the company succeed and support our customers. The work-life balance I have been able to achieve while working for Ever.Ag has been very important to me, I have married, had children, and experienced our company expand the offerings available to families, all while one thing was consistent for me across all upper management “family comes first”. Not only for these reasons but also being able to support and play a small part in putting wonderful solutions out to our customers is why I am proud to be an Ever.Ag employee.

Cons

No concerns from my perspective currently
