No career progression. management is all hired from outside the company as they are mostly ex cops padding their pension. They treat their contract staff worse than the zero hour staff. Supervisor positions are not earned by time, skill, or merit. They are given to friends and lackys of management and the owner. no matter how unskilled incompetent or how many times they get sacked by clients of the company. They love contacting you on your days off to work in places you haven't been trained to attend.
