Pros

EventMobi is a fantastic place to work if you enjoy collaborating with smart, driven, and supportive people. Leadership genuinely cares about the team and makes an effort to keep everyone informed and involved. There’s a real sense of trust here — you’re given ownership over your work, and your ideas are listened to and acted on. I also really appreciate the flexibility. Remote work is easy and well-supported, which makes balancing work and personal life much smoother. On top of that, there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, whether it’s through mentorship, challenging projects, or simply working alongside talented colleagues. The product itself is another highlight. It’s rewarding to contribute to something that’s constantly evolving and making a real difference for event organizers and attendees alike.

Cons

Things can move quickly, and priorities often change as the company grows. It can feel hectic at times if you prefer a very structured environment, but if you’re adaptable, it’s an exciting place to work.

Pros

EventMobi has an extremely passionate culture. The CEO manages to foster this common belief in making our client's lives easier, and everyone is hands on deck to make this vision a reality. The strength of the team as well as the quality of the product are a major plus.

Cons

Policies are occasionally unclear. With that immense growth, senior management constantly needs to readjust. Internal communications are challenging.
