Ask them how many people have left (by firing or resigning) in the last 12 months (it's public info on LinkedIn),..
Management culture was probably the worst I have ever experienced. There are some nasty/ruthless characters amongst the SMT that you just can't detect at interview or even in the early months due to the remote nature of the business
There are lots of nice welcome boxes, equipment, HR fluff, events, early conversations but it's all for show. Scratch the surface and it was a toxic and damaging place to work for my career and my mental health.
They will quote the employee survey (done in house) which will say everyone's happy... Go and ask former employees or the people who have "open to work" set and Evaluagent as their current employer and they will tell you the truth.
Always good to ask about sales targets vs achieved...
