Pros
Lenient on work schedule - you can make up time if you happen to miss a day or so. Laid back environment and fairly stress-free. The staff are great (and some upper management) Great for a person looking for their first office/business environment job and building up their resume.
Cons
At the time I was there, the company had high turnover. Reports produced by the staff did not seem to go anywhere or viewed by any of the field managers, making it feel like the work was for nothing. Under-average pay. Little room for improvement.
