Pros
I work non-regular hours and the compensation system for those who work shifts is great. It gives you a lot of time off and yet you still gather you full salary, plus even a little bit more for late evenings, Sundays. I also enjoy working with my colleagues who are equal to me at the vertical level. These are usually great women and men, very easy to connect with. Contributions to health insurance are quite substantial too.
Cons
The hierarchy is a disaster. It runs like an old dinosaur. HR unit is a disaster. It treats you like an animal. System for managers is poor. You have so many managers, and yet so little performance. I have no idea what managers are actually doing. Communication line top-down is broken. It brags about all "the achievements", yet lets obvious loopholes to see the company is not doing great. Performance evaluation system is broken. It is not fair, nor clear and is purely based on rumors, favoritism. This all hinders the team sense, the atmosphere. There is this feeling that a boat is sinking and no one really cares about it. There is no impartiality. There is a feeling of favoritism, incompetence.
