      Pros

      Good School, Company invests a lot in trainning. Very good employees in medium level. Good balance between life and work.

      Cons

      No strategy, managers lost and do not know how to guide employees. Hostile environment with managers really juniors that do not know how to deal with people. No career plan since the company has no long term plan.
