      il laboratori e molto vicino a casa quindi la comodità di arrivare al lavoro in tempi molto brevi

      i responsabili di laboratorio non hanno completamente idea di quello che succede nei vari reparti, c'è un fuggi fuggi generale di personale e assunzione ridotte al minimo indispensabile, assumendo neofiti con le aspettative di competenze pluriennali.
