      Pros

      The hours I worked were great. The work was not hard and some of the people were really nice.

      Cons

      The work is normally contracted out for a certain length of time. My former manager didn't inform me that the contract was only 7 months. They really don't help you find another location. Salary workers are placed, so they will always have work.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
