      Great schedule and decent pay

      Cons

      Unorganized upper management, unrealistic expectations with little to no training or assistance from upper management when needed. May fire you with little to no warning after you are loyal for several years. PTO does not roll over each fiscal year and management does not like to allow you to use your earned time off

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
