      Some great people at the ground level.

      Cons

      Org chart is bloated and convoluted. Old boy leadership seems more interested in paying lip service to “company culture” than actually doing the work to address abysmal morale. They’ve got some good products on their hands but are driving them into the ground through poor decision making.

      Pros

      The biggest advantage is that the company pays on time and provides steady work to help pay the bills. The benefits aren't great, but they're better than having none.

      Cons

      Career growth opportunities are limited, and there is no real mentorship or support for professional development. Management, including the CEO, makes promises about growth and opportunities, but there is little action to back up those words.
