      Wellness committee promotes work life balance but in reality it's total opposite. Everyday pack with meetings. Imagine having meetings at 8am or at 9pm. Might need to work on weekends and even while on leave. First time heard of HODs on block leave need to attend zoom meetings or checked work emails. Very high turnover in the company.

      - The IT department often causes stress and anxiety among staff due to its processes. - Productivity is tracked on a weekly basis. - Contract staff have a low chance of contract renewal. -The organization is always restructuring and never really finalizes things, which causes chaos
