Pros
As previously stated by the CEO they have a pool table, table tennis table, darts and table football. These are all great to unwind for a brief moment however do not help with the main things people are looking for in a job, they are there to distract you from the poor aspects of every other part of the job. A beer or soft drink is allowed on Fridays only for a 30 minute period after work. There was one work outing. There were a handful of free lunches, which were mainly intended for the guests.
Cons
There is little to no training - vendors come in to talk about their product however it is not their job to train us up and swoop in where Ethos had previously failed. Managers and CEOs fail to see their mistakes and would rather turn a blind eye than do what they are meant to do and have no accountability. They say they listen to employees but it unfortunately falls on deaf ears. They have a high employee turnover, an employee that stays there for over a year is rarer than a unicorn. This is due to their false promises unraveling very quickly and people wanting to jump ship. They expect too much from employees and are stuck in old ways - it may have once worked but they are resistant to change and from this force their failures on the employees. I regret to inform you that there are many fake reviews left by the company here on Glassdoor and it can be quite easy to spot those when inspecting further. I was told by a current employee there that they were made to write a good review on the company as well. They say that they are building a new team now but I am now wondering how many times they have done this in the past and am sure it will not be the last.
