Cons
The CEO, Michael Cebon, was genuinely one of the most difficult people I’ve ever worked with. His leadership style was controlling, erratic, and frequently undermining. He created a culture of fear, micromanagement, and psychological whiplash that left many team members burnt out or demoralised. I’ve just finished therapy unpacking the emotional toll of working under him — which says more than any bullet point ever could.
