Challenging but rewarding - Anonymous employee Ethical Angel Employee Review

I found Ethical Angel a very welcoming and exciting company to work with. At Ethical Angel, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to always think outside the box and not be afraid to try different things - which I very much enjoyed and is not something you often find in a standard corporate job. As Ethical Angel is still a young startup, you are more autonomous in your way of working and have more responsibly to achieve positive outcomes- I find this has developed my confidence and helped me be more expressive and outgoing. The team is very inclusive and always welcomes new ideas and different opinions. I was a recent graduate when joining Ethical Angel and have now left with really great work experiences and many valuable skills that I wouldn't of learned as quickly anywhere else.

I didn't particularly like the office space when I first joined however Ethical Angel has plans to move to a new space -which will be much better!

I have enjoyed the autonomy of working at a startup, with a supportive & dynamic team. The company culture is based on mutual trust in which each employee is given the space to make a unique and tangible impact. I have been able to collaborate with colleagues & learn beyond the confines of my role and have benefitted greatly as a graduate now 3 years into my time at the company.

The pandemic impacted the companies options for ways of working and it would be ideal to have a base where employees can come to work together if/when needed.
